How can I get a quote?
Am I charged the full quoted amount even if it doesn't take that long for an end of tenancy clean??
No, you’re only charged based on the amount of time your cleaners were actually at your home working. If they finish early, you aren’t charged the full amount quoted.
Does someone have to visit me before I can book a quote?
If it’s and end of tenancy cleaning service, absolutely not! We wouldn’t want pushy sales people coming to our house so we would never do that to you. You can get a quote and book your cleaning online. It takes about one minute.You can also use our online calculator… here
If you are looking for a commercial quote yes we would have to request a visit to get more details from you so we are able to give you the best price possible.
Are cleaning supplies included?
Yes cleaning supplies are supplied by default. This ensures your cleaners use the products that work suitably for your building.
There is also a green cleaning option if you’d prefer.
All supplies are replaced after each clean so there isn’t any cross-contamination from building to building.
What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?
Please get in touch with us right away and we’ll make arrangements to rectify the situation. We have a satisfaction guarantee that we stand by.
CAN I GET A SAME-DAY BOOKING?
We don’t guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement.
DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR MY CLEANING?
It’s completely up to you. Though it is always better if you aren’t as this makes it easier on the cleaners to concentrate on their job to give you a quality standard of clean.
DO YOUR CLEANERS ARRIVE AT THE EXACT TIME EACH TIME?
Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a 30 minute window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.
WHEN AM I CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE?
End of tenancy cleans – You are not charged until after the cleaning has been completed. Your invoice will reflect only the amount of time that your cleaner was actually at your home working, rounded-up to the nearest 15 minute increment.
Commercial cleans – Normally you are billed monthly, though we are happy to work within your payment cycle.
ARE THERE ANY COMMITMENTS OF CONTRACTS?
End Of Tenancy – No, you can cancel service anytime without any penalties. You don’t have to commit to any contracts or per-determined number of appointments.
Commercial Services – No, All we require is a simple signed agreement and you can cancel with 5 days written or verbal notice.
